Refund policy

Because our products are digital software products, downloadable files, strategy files, manuals, setup guides, and related digital materials, all sales are generally final once digital access has been granted, files have been delivered, or download links have been made available.

Digital Product Refund Limitations

Refunds may be limited or unavailable after:

  • Product files have been downloaded
  • Strategy files have been delivered
  • User manuals or setup materials have been accessed
  • License or access credentials have been issued
  • Support or onboarding has begun
  • The product has been used, installed, tested, or activated

Eligibility for Review

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake and has not accessed or downloaded the files
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • A technical delivery issue occurred and could not be resolved
  • The product was not delivered due to a verified system error

No Refunds for Trading Results

We do not issue refunds based on trading performance, market behavior, user expectations, failed trades, losing trades, platform setup errors, broker issues, account losses, or dissatisfaction with market results.

No product guarantees profits, prevents losses, or ensures any specific trading outcome.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • System requirements

  • Risk disclosure
  • Refund policy
  • Software license terms
  • Product limitations

How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, contact support with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the request
  • Confirmation of whether files were downloaded or accessed
