Digital Product Use

Our products may include NinjaTrader strategy files, setup guides, user manuals, configuration notes, strategy presets, update files, digital downloads, and related educational materials.

These products are provided for personal use by the purchaser only unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, reverse engineer, modify for resale, commercially exploit, or publicly distribute any product, file, documentation, image, branding, copy, strategy logic, or related material without written permission.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website, in our products, manuals, emails, product pages, videos, screenshots, examples, support messages, or documentation should be interpreted as financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or professional advice.

Product Compatibility

Our products are designed for use with NinjaTrader 8.1+ unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer, NinjaTrader installation, data feed, broker connection, account permissions, and trading environment are properly configured.

We are not responsible for losses, errors, failed trades, rejected orders, platform issues, data-feed problems, broker interruptions, internet outages, user configuration errors, third-party software issues, or broker-related problems.

Testing Before Live Use

All users should test any strategy in SIM, Playback, Market Replay, or other non-live environments before considering live deployment.

Do not trade live with money you cannot afford to lose.

Product Updates

Updates may be provided at our discretion.

Purchasing a product does not guarantee lifetime updates, future versions, new features, new settings, future compatibility, or continued support unless specifically stated in the product description or subscription plan.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize recurring billing according to the billing interval and price shown at checkout.

Subscription access may include digital product access, updates, documentation, support, presets, or related materials depending on the plan purchased.

Access may be suspended or canceled if payment fails, the subscription is canceled, or these Terms are violated.

Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because our products are digital software products and downloadable materials, refunds may be limited or unavailable after files have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, installed, activated, or used.

Intellectual Property

All product names, branding concepts, images, design elements, written descriptions, documentation, manuals, software files, strategy logic, product packaging concepts, screenshots, marketing materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Auto Traders or its authorized owner(s), unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, copying, distribution, interception, resale, modification, reverse engineering, publication, disclosure, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to products, downloads, updates, subscriptions, or support if we believe a customer has violated these Terms, attempted unauthorized distribution, engaged in abusive conduct, initiated fraudulent disputes, violated intellectual property rights, or attempted to misuse our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Traders, its owners, developers, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, financial, trading, business, technical, platform-related, data-related, or account-related losses arising from the use, inability to use, misuse, installation, configuration, operation, or performance of any product.

No Warranty

Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of profitability, performance, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, future compatibility, merchantability, or fitness for a particular trading purpose.
