Software License Agreement
This Software License Agreement applies to all strategy files, trading bots, indicators, setup guides, manuals, presets, documentation, images, written materials, and related digital products provided by AI Futures Bot Store / Auto Traders.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using any product, you agree to this Software License Agreement.
License Grant
Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for personal trading, testing, educational, or evaluation purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the software, code, strategy logic, documentation, branding, images, product names, or related intellectual property.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell the product
- Share files with others
- Upload files publicly
- Distribute strategy files
- Sell modified versions
- Reverse engineer the software
- Decompile or extract proprietary logic
- Use the product to create competing products
- Publish protected files or internal materials
- Claim ownership of the product or its concepts
- Use the product in a commercial trading service without written permission
Intellectual Property
All product names, branding concepts, written descriptions, documentation, images, strategy logic, product packaging designs, manuals, software files, and related materials are proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws where applicable.
License Termination
This license may be terminated if you violate this agreement, distribute files without permission, attempt unauthorized resale, abuse support access, initiate fraudulent disputes, or otherwise misuse the product.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the product.
No Warranty
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of profitability, performance, compatibility with future platform changes, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular trading purpose.
